a good stay near the haram
prime location wheelchair helper elevator access responsive staff
the hotel's location near the umrah entrance made access easy. wheelchair assistance outside the hotel was very helpful for my elderly family members. elevators directly to the haram area saved lots of time and energy. the staff was responsive to my needs.
finding a taxi immediately outside the hotel entrance proved challenging.

really good stay near the haram!

i booked two rooms. the receptionist was very helpful clarifying our doubts. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially mr enad. the hotel is very clean. the location is the best, as you go downstairs and you're already inside the haram!!!
the elevators were sometimes a little crowded during peak prayer times, causing a minor delay getting to and from the room.

smooth umrah experience
upgraded room food variety polite staff
i was grateful for the upgraded room, it was a real treat. the breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety, AMAZING!!! the staff were polite and quick to respond to all our needs. the hotel's location, so close to al haram, made our pilgrimage much easier, especially the short walk to king abdulaziz.
finding a taxi right next to the hotel was surprisingly difficult, especially with luggage.

Excellent Stay Near Al Haram!
direct access delicious variety professional staff quick handling
The hotel's closeness to Alharam through Ajyad Gate was a major win for Umrah, giving me direct access to Almataf. Breakfast offered such a delicious variety. I really enjoyed the flavorful options. The staff were always professional and helpful, ensuring every request was quickly handled. Housekeepers are super fast and everything is always perfect!
I noticed the entrances use a mall. This caused a bit of crowd navigating.

i was expecting a bit more, honestly. the room we got, a superior double room city view, felt smaller than advertised. also, the promised city view was mostly blocked by another building. the breakfast, while decent, became repetitive after a few days. there was a limited variety and many items tasted bland. i expected more flavor for the price.
